This Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order or request a refund for our SEO services, audits, consulting, and subscriptions (“Services”). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Service Fulfilment pages.
2) Summary at a glance

Before work starts: Full refund on one-off projects.

After work starts: Fees are non-refundable for completed/ongoing work; we may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rata refund for unworked time.

Subscriptions: Cancel anytime to stop the next billing cycle. Fees for the current period are non-refundable once work for that period has begun.

Consultations/meetings: Reschedule or cancel 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. Missed/late cancellations are non-refundable.

Payment method: Refunds are sent to the original payment method only.

Timing: We aim to approve/decline within 3 business days and issue approved refunds within 5 business days; your bank/processor may need extra time to post funds.
3) What “work starts” means
“Work starts” when any of the following occurs (whichever is earliest):

Access is granted and we begin auditing or setup (e.g., Analytics, Search Console, crawl).

Research, planning, or deliverable creation begins (briefs, technical task lists, outreach prep).

A booked consultation begins or is within 24 hours of start time.
4) One-off projects (audits, migrations, fixed-scope work)

Cancel before work starts: Full refund.

After work starts: Non-refundable for completed/used portions. If only part of the scope has begun, we may offer a pro-rata refund for the untouched portion (administration fees and third-party costs may be deducted).
5) Monthly/recurring subscriptions

How to cancel: You can cancel anytime via email to [email protected].

Effective date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable once work for that period has started.
6) Non-refundable items and costs

Work already performed or deliverables already provided.

Third-party fees we’ve incurred on your behalf (tools, data, ads, PR/distribution).

Expedited/priority fees once the fast-track process has begun.

Outcomes outside our control (e.g., algorithm updates, competitor actions). We don’t refund based on ranking/traffic fluctuations.
7) Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any issue. Unfounded chargebacks may be treated as a breach of contract; you remain liable for the underlying fees, processor penalties, and reasonable recovery costs.
8) How to request a refund or cancel
Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund/Cancellation Request – [Your Company]” and include:

Desired outcome (refund, cancellation, reschedule)
We’ll confirm receipt within 1 business day and respond with a decision or questions within 3 business days.
9) Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only (e.g., same card or wallet).

We initiate approved refunds within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or payment processor may take 5–10 additional business days to post funds.

If a refund cannot be returned to the original method (e.g., expired card), we’ll coordinate an alternative permitted by the processor.
10) Rescheduling consultations/meetings

24+ hours’ notice: Free reschedule or full refund/credit.

Under 24 hours / no-show: Fee is non-refundable.
11) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Material changes apply to new orders and, for active subscriptions, from the next billing period.
